Stephen Preston PGKC Received the GUOKGH OM

On Wednesday, 26 June 2024, SKC Stephen Preston our Past Grand Knight Commander for 2022-23 was formally presented with our highest honour, the Order of Merit of the GUOKGH.   The OM is awarded for outstanding meritorious duty to the Order.  The award consists of a Gold Star emblem with the letters GUOKGH OM at its centre and accompanied by an illuminated certificate.

The award was presented by the Grand Knight Commander of the Order, AKC Ian Glasper OM and the ceremony took place at Stephen's "Mother Encampment", No. 147 Erimus Enc.  which was held at the Coronation Inn, Acklam, Middlesbrough where the camp meets on the 4th Wednesday of the month.
